Against All Hope was formed back at January 2008 in Tenerife. Composed by Jose, Tomás, Pablo, Ruymán and Víctor, and coming from different bands of the local scene (Underego, Scrawl), the band tries to explore new paths of creation, taking as start point the inheritance from Death Metal bands like Meshuggah, At the Gates, In-Quest, Job for a Cowboy, All Shall Perish, Aborted and The Black Dahlia Murder, plus some American deathcore dressing (Suicide Silence, Whitechapel), looking for forcefulness, tightness, extreme riffing, disconcerting structures and surrounding atmospheres.

They've recently published their first autoproduced EP “For Teh Lulz”, with three songs: “The Pleasure Of Hate”, “Squalophobia” and “Amnesia”. You might download it for free at againstallhope.bandcamp.com. Also, the official video for “The Pleasure of Hate” is available in youtube.
